Everyone wants photos on their cards lately! This one was made for a friend whose daughter (in her thirties) still loves Robbie Williams...
I simply matted the photograph onto some lavender papermania textured cardstock. Then, I used my cheery lynn swirl die and a papermania paper flower, coloured using a big and juicy ink pad to add interest.
Final touches were the squared gems, the small tag sentiment and the faux stitching around the edge of the base card.
Hi J, Haha! She is going to love that!

ReplyDeleteTell your friend's Daughter she is not alone I am in my fi *cough* s and I still like Robbie too. He is a cheeky chappie and makes me smile.
ReplyDeleteThis card will be perfect for a fan.
When my Daughter was a youngster and at that age that girls were falling over themselves to fall in love with Take That she absolutely hated them. One Christmas I kept threatening her with 'if you don't do that, or do this or aren't tidy, etc. I will make sure you only get Take That music, posters, calendars'.
When Robbie released Angels she got to the stage where she was screaming when it came on the radio cos she loathed it.
Wondering now if I should do her a Robbie card for her birthday as a joke.... I am a wicked Mum
